MOVING. =(
Sigh.
Moving is such a pain. It always takes more effort than you realise, and makes you begin to wonder why you need so much stuff. Honestly, if not for emotional attachment I would've thrown 2/3 of my stuff away by now. =( Being a girl is hard sometimes. =P
I'm very proud to say though that we managed to move heaps and heaps all by ourselves (my dear friends helped us so much) using only a few trolleys and our legs and arms. I think moving also makes us realise that we're actually pretty strong when we want to be.
Currently we have moved 20+ boxes and the apartment still looks full of stuff. In the words of my dear friend, 'The more you pack the more stuff seems to appear out of nowhere and the more full your house looks'. So comforting.
I seem to have been endlessly packing and moving and nothing seems to have left the apartment. I think I have serious soul-tie issues with my material possessions.
We'll get there.

Bittersweet
How I hate goodbyes.
Why does it always have to be a goodbye that makes one realise how special a person is to them and how dear they have become?
If only I could've gone through the whole year again caring better, loving better, cherishing better.
I don't know how painful it's going to be saying goodbye to you.
I want the next few days to crawl, and the next few years to fly by.
I just want to be with you. No more partings and no more uncertainties.
One day, that day will come.

Rain
It poured today.
We got water and grit all over our slippers.
The umbrella didn't help.
I don't care.
It was the best night ever. I wish it didn't have to end so soon.
I wish all this didn't have to end so soon.
I'm gonna miss you when you're gone.
I don't like goodbyes.
Just promise me we won't be apart for too long...

Prayer Answered!
WE GOT THE PLACE! WOoohooOOoOooo!
How awesome is GOD!?
I mean we were one in a few hundred applications for that property, and it was through an AGENT. Agents are notorious for never calling you back about an application.
AND YET, WE GOT IT. *prances around excitedly*
Now it's time to move.
Sigh...moving is one of those things that make you realise that the whole world is run by money. Money money money...every chance they get these people wanna take take and take all your money away. Seriously, who makes you pay a hundred bucks just to relocate your phone line?!
Moving is such a pain.
Oh well. At least we'll be really close to uni, and at least we've got a nice carpark to rent out. That should pay for it.

Waiting
Waiting is the hardest thing in the world to do.
If the answer to your prayer was only a few hours away, how'd you be feeling?
At the moment I'm barely keeping myself from hopping up and down all over the place in excitement.
Oh my gosh, God has been so good, but He's certainly making us wait! That's always the hardest part. The tension builds and builds and builds until you feel like bursting out of yourself, even though you know that His answer is sure and that He has provided and that there's nothing to worry about.
It's kinda like Christmas. You know your parents have bought you presents, so there's no fear of not getting any, but they're sitting there under the Christmas tree looking all pretty and inviting, and -oh cruelty- we're not allowed to open them til Christmas DAY!
OOOH THE SUSPENSE.
I can't wait to see how this day will end. I'M JUST SO EXCITED!!!!
